Hey, it's not expensive if you don't go lower than 70 areas of Manhattan. If you're not from the New York area this doesn't concern you. But the good folk's that make new laws/rules passed a congestion bill. This bill now charges people who are driving a vehicle in Manhattan an additional fee somewhere between nine dollars and upwards.
I don't care, because you can always take the train.
